In formal language the sentences should be more complex, should contain more specific evidence and less but longer words. Therefore, the answer should be I and II.

Contractions such as 'you'll' is used in informal language.

An apology letter is written as a response to a complaint letter.

A proper reservation letter should include; complete contact information, date and time of arrival and departure, number of days of stay, type of room and any special needs or requests but adding the gender of the guests is not necessary.
