If we want to speak to someone, we should ask the following question: "Could I speak to .....(the person), please?". The correct option is D.

The option that meaningfully cokpletes the sentence is "message". The correct option is C.

For the last one, notice that there is "to" that follows the blank; thus, we need to place "next" in the last blank.
